I have no recipe* for you today, folks. Between meetings, work, and a desire to be outdoors, I have been surviving on free food and restaurant fare. But I did come face to face with Patrick Dempsey today at the Long Beach Grand Prix. I knew McDreamy had his own racing team and that Mike had once given him a ride on a golf cart. But what I did not know was that Mike's friend now works for said team, which meant I got a good, closeup look at those eyes. Unlike my past encounters with celebrities, I did not say anything like "I have no idea who you are."
* But I am making soondubu jjigae tonight. This will be attempt two, after an imperfect result last month. If all goes well, I'll post a recipe here soon.
