This tasty cheese comes from Soledad Goats at my local farmers market. (Speaking of farmers markets, is it "farmers" or "farmers'?" And where does that question mark go?) Little balls of goat cheese in olive oil and herbs. Soledad goats are allowed to retire with pleasure-that is, they are never killed. And if you visit the farmers market in Hollywood, I have been told you may see a little goat running around.
It is great spread on crackers. Fresh, slightly tangy, and delicious.
