Hog Island Oyster Farm

During our weekend trip to San Francisco, we sneaked across the bridge to Tomales Bay for oysters.

Barbecued oysters in a quick sauce of butter, basil, pasilla pepper, cayenne, and garlic, served with local bread

Perfect Kumamoto

We shucked our own, but these guys are ten times faster.
