This is the latest addition to my blogroll. The writer's name is Amelia, and she lives in LA. The photos are from her post about her grandma. It is good. Very good. I found myself reading every line, slowly.
I only wish I could write about life and food in this way. Seamlessly, with honesty and depth, without cliche or preciousness.
And for those of you who can spend time with your grandparents, you are lucky. It's funny how you can miss something you never really had in the first place.
