One glance at the foil wrap shows this is not from Spain, but he was right. It's a good goat's milk blue. Not as memorable as Humboldt Fog, but I did take several surreptitious swipes while cooking this evening. Excuse the foil remnant on that knife. My hunger got the best of me.
